Prices/Terms
Terms of payment are net 30 days with established credit. Terms may vary for international sales or any customer with previous credit problem with Owl. All prices are in US$ and are subject to change without notice. For current pricing information contact Owl or your Owl distributor. Owl offers a 30 day Risk Free Purchase. If an Owl product (s) does not meet your requirements, return the item(s) using the requirements described in the Return section below.
Credits
When applicable, Owl Separation Systems shall issue product credits for 100% of the product value and shipping charges. No product credit shall be available for use if a past due balance is outstanding on the account. Credits may be applied to the product of your choice on future orders. Please note that credits must be used within a 90 day period. All credits, unapplied cash and notices are listed on Owl’s monthly statements that are mailed to the billing location given when the original order is placed.
Returns
All returns must be authorized by Owl Separation Systems. A Return Good Authorization number (RGA) must accompany all return items. Please call Owl’s Customer Service Representatives to obtain an RGA number.
The RGA number must be boldly written on the box(es) to be received by Owl’s shipping department. Any returns not accompanied by an RGA number will be refused. All RGA numbers are valid for 90 days from issue date. Not all items will be authorized due to temperature and packing requirements. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on merchandise accepted for return on orders correctly filled.
Return transportation must be prepaid. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Damaged or Missing Items
Owl’s Customer Service Representatives must be notified within 7 working days for request for replacement of damaged or missing parts. Any damaged merchandise returned to Owl must be in the original packaging.
