| Custom Ordering |
|
Owl Separation Systems manufacturers a wide range of electrophoresis and radiation safety equipment, but custom items are often requested. Owl is happy to discuss your custom equipment needs; contact a customer service representative for more information. Any order which differs from items listed in the catalog, including substitution of accessories, shall be treated as a custom order.
Please note that custom items are more costly to manufacture than stock items and therefore will carry higher prices. Please use the guidelines below when placing a custom order.
Custom Ordering
- On the bottom of this page, please find the worksheet of the item(s) you wish to customize. If you can’t find a worksheet for the item you wish to customize please supply a drawing of the item(s) with the dimensions and specifications.
- Download the worksheet(s), print and fill out the following: date, company/institution, end user’s name, phone and fax numbers. Fax the completed form to Owl’s Customer Service Department at 603-559-9258.
- Owl Customer Service Department will contact you as soon as the feasibility and pricing has been determined. You will be provided with pricing, a quotation number and custom part numbers for ordering.
- Please Note: custom orders cannot be processed without a quotation number issued by Owl.
- When you are ready to place the other, please include the quotation number and a faxed copy of the signed quote along with your purchase order. Purchase orders should have a bill to and ship to address. This will ensure the smooth and accurate processing of your order.
- Custom orders usually require 4–6 weeks.
